Thomas is from Garden City. The project was spearheaded by the Garden City Middle School Nurses and Loraine Phillips and Nancy Crowley and Assistant Principal Susan Lee. Maggie was a teacher and Mollie was a student at the GC Middle School.

St. Paul’s Athletic Field, hosted by the GC Rams, Tri-State Lacrosse Athletes compete to Raise funds in the fight against cancer. Jay Gallagher, GC/Cornell Varsity Lacrosse Player died of melanoma at 39.

AAHPERD Annual Convention, Baltimore, Maryland

Mollie's Fund will introduce to over 5,000 health, physical education, teachers, practioners and researchers our skin cancer awareness mission. These participants will be able to impact the lives of their students by promoting sun safety, with the help of our materials.

Distribute mailings to state directors of health education, in a continued effort to bring our skin cancer education program national. These materials are offered at no cost to participating states. Currently, the program has been implemented in the health curriculums in middle schools and high schools in New York and New Jersey.
